Appraisal Services – Request for Quote

AG-0120-S-16-0008

The solicitation package has multiple sections—make sure you have them all. The entire package is posted to Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.

The package consists of the following sections:

• SF1449; Schedule of Items; Contract Clauses, Solicitation Provisions and Representations and Certifications.

• Attachment 1: Blanket Purchase Agreement & Technical Exhibit- Performance Requirements Summary (separate attachment)

• Attachment 3: Service Contract Act Wage Determination 2005-2017, Rev 21, 29 Dec 2015 (Included with SF1449, Schedule of Items; Contract Clauses, Solicitation Provisions and Representations and Certifications)

All amendments, to the solicitation, will be posted on FedBizOpps. All amendments must be acknowledged with proposal. In order to maintain the quote response date all contractors are encouraged to submit questions, in writing, to the Contracting Officer at denisemurphy@fs.fed.us , prior to 14 March 2016. This will allow sufficient time to provide responses and issue amendments.

What to submit:

• Complete and return the SF1449 and schedule of items (pages 1-3 of Solicitation);

• Complete and return the Representations and Certifications (pages 11 – 26).

• Reference pages 28 – 31 for technical information that must be provided.

Look for the section titled “INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTES AND OTHER INFORMATION”. A checklist is provided on the following page

Responses may be submitted three (3) ways: To the address in block 9 of the SF1449; by email or fax—reference page 27 for email and fax details. Responses must be received by 10 am Alaska time on 17 March 2016. This is a request for quotes. There will not be a public opening.

How quotes will be evaluated for award. Reference pages 30 – 31: 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014) to review the evaluation factors that will be used for awarding a blanket purchase agreement.
