About this file

This document is an Affirmation and Disclosure Form and Design Thickness Calculation Statement for Inliner Solutions, LLC, pertaining to a culvert maintenance contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). The contract involves ODOT's solicitation 313-26 for Culvert Maintenance, with Inliner Solutions located at 2225 McKinley Ave in Columbus, Ohio. The document includes a signed affirmation form addressing potential services throughout the state of Ohio and a detailed design calculation report using CLinT software for pipe rehabilitation.

The contract appears to be for a Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) non-reinforced liner installation for a 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe, with a calculated liner thickness of 0.33 inches. The design calculations cover various site conditions including soil type, groundwater levels, and pipe depths, with the liner being designed to meet MOP-145 standards. The documentation indicates that installed liner thicknesses may exceed minimum thresholds due to manufactured specifications, and transparency of installation will be provided based on the actual scope encountered. The contract is dated February 20, 2025, and includes provisions for potential services across various locations in Ohio.

RE: Design Thickness Calculation Statement: ODOT 313-26 Culvert Maintenance

To Whom it may Concern, Inliner Solutions is issuing this statement in lieu of providing all thickness calculations based upon the pipe size, ovality, and height of cover scenarios.

Inliner Solutions used the same methodology on this submitted calculation as we did on all thickness calculations submitted with our bid.

The input thicknesses identified in our pricing are direct outputs from MOP-145 designs. In many cases, installed liner thicknesses will exceed MOP-145 thresholds due to manufactured CIPP minimums.

Example: 12” minimum thickness equals .24in minimum.

Transparency per installation to be provided based on actual scope encountered.

Item of note: The disclaimer on the submitted stamped sample design, is a function of ClinT Software (program to perform the MOP-145 designs required) and is not a statement by Inliner.

Please contact me at 614.374.0874 (mobile) or 614.529.6440 (office) should you require additional information or have questions.

Sincerely, Inliner Solutions, LLC
