About this file

This document is an Addendum No. 1 issued by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Six for the South-Dade Routine Maintenance Services contract. The addendum, dated June 26, 2025, addresses a question from a prospective proposer regarding subcontracting for the Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. DOT-ITB-26-6192EG, which covers routine maintenance services in Miami-Dade County. The addendum directs potential bidders to refer to Section 7 of the standard written agreement regarding Assignment and Subcontracts in the "Required Forms" attached to the solicitation.

The addendum provides a standard response to a bidder's inquiry about the ability to subcontract 100% of the project, indicating that details are available in the solicitation documents. The document maintains the original project parameters and includes a standard legal disclaimer about protest procedures under Florida Statutes. All other documents for the project remain unchanged, and the addendum serves to provide clarity and additional guidance to potential proposers for the South-Dade Routine Maintenance Services contract.
