Questions and Answers 11/3/2023 Contractor-Is there an asbestos survey done on the building?

Not a full survey, just a floor sample tested and results for that. – Bldg was built in 1987 and no other materials are suspect ACM Is an asbestos survey required for demo?

Douglas county solid waste stated they need a signed statement that the building and debris being dumped does not contain asbestos (see above) ODOT can provide.

There is really no reference to what appears to be an electrical vault on the northeast corner of the building. Is this by owner or will we get a vault number for this item?

The vaults at the NE corner of the building are called out on page C3 and are notes 4, 12 and 13. I believe the one in question that is up against the building would be note 12.

The Existing Junction boxes are labeled with a J.

No reinforcement is called out for the eco block footing or the infill wall between eco blocks behind the vault referenced above.

The Ecoblock and header wall footing will need #4 bar at 18” on center each way This is an addition to the plans (see above).

What is the wall header reinforcement?

The header wall reinforcement is shown in detail 7 on page A3.

What is the CFM for the fan motor for the data room.

The IT room fan is shown on page E1 (note 9) as 80 CFM
