Question: In the proposal form there is an itemized breakout requested. Please confirm the counts that we are to go off on. (I.e. how many SF, LF, etc.).

Question: Does the project fall under PLA or CWTA or MTPA(MASTER TRADE
PARTNER AGREEMENT)?
Answer: No, it does not.
Question: Is pre-qualification required?
Answer: This project does not fall under Roseville’s 2026 Pre-Qualified Contractors projects. Potential bidders are required to fill out the project qualifications / experience sheet.

Question: The cover sheet indicates "The latest edition of the City of Roseville Parks Construction Standards are incorporated by reference as a part of this Project Manual."
However, the following sections of these standards are not available online:
Preface/TOC, Section 03, and Section 04. Please provide a copy of these standards.

Section 3 represents the General Conditions for Buildings and Grounds that have already been incorporated into the project manual in its entirety.
Question: Can unit pricing be accepted by the City post-bid, by the apparent low bidder?
This will be difficult to fill on bid date, when many subcontractors hold their pricing to within minutes of submission.
Answer: Unit pricing for the Additions / Deletions sheet must be filled out and submitted with the bid package.
Question: There are many references in the "INT," "INS," and "GC" pages to the "Standard Specifications." Which set of standards is this referring to?
Answer: It appears this term is a carryover from a previous version of the Buildings and Grounds manual that is included within this project manual. For this purpose, it is in reference to the requirements found within this project manual, not a separate document.
Question: Please confirm that all "recent amendments" have been included in the 2026 Design and Construction Standards, available here:
https://www.roseville.ca.gov/development_services/engineering_land_development/const ruction_management_inspection/design_construction_standards.php#doc_center_0_pan el_0
It appears that they have, but I'd like to confirm. This is listed as a contract document on page SC-1.
