The document provides specific size dimensions for five sizes (Medium through XXX-Large) with detailed measurement requirements for chest, leg inseam, and sleeve inseam. Additional requirements include preshrinking before government receipt, permanent manufacturer labeling, and a certificate of compliance for special instructions with each shipment. The garments must be free of loose materials, strings, fibers, or visible particles.
