About this file
This document is a comprehensive insurance certificate and related endorsements for Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc., covering multiple insurance policies issued by Colony Insurance Company, Travelers Property Casualty Company of America, and Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association Insurance Company. The primary certificate holder is the State of Arizona/Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), with the insurance policies covering a contract for graffiti removal services in the Phoenix Metro Area. The contract is specifically identified as Contract Number CTR072726, with a solicitation number of BPM006023.
The insurance policies provide coverage across multiple areas, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, umbrella liability, workers' compensation, and pollution liability. The policies are effective from various dates in 2025 to 2026, with coverage limits ranging from $1,000,000 to $6,000,000 depending on the specific type of coverage. The policies include additional insured provisions for ADOT, with waivers of subrogation and primary and non-contributory language. The contract appears to be for graffiti removal services in the Phoenix metropolitan area, with the insurance designed to protect both the contractor (Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc.) and the state agency (ADOT) from potential liability arising from the contracted services.
