Documentation of proper installation, operation and functionality shall be signed off by contractor prior to delivery of boat and trailer. Contractor shall provide, in a timely manner (within 2 business days) photographic documentation of all assembly work that is not visible after assembly is complete.

Inspection: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service may conduct on-site inspections during the vessel assembly process in addition to inspection that will occur upon delivery of the vessel and trailer to Green Bay, WI. Contractor shall make available materials to be inspected upon a notice of 2 business days.

Acceptance: The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service will conduct an inspection upon delivery at Green Bay, Wisconsin prior to acceptance of the boat.
