STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Project Title: Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS)

3. General Scope: Purchase a battery powered Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) for the 133rd Security Forces Squadron (SFS). The sUAS will enable SFS personnel to remote pilot flight operations whenever permissible. The sUAS will be used for aerial surveillance, surveying territory, search and rescue, air base ground defense, thermal imaging, forward observation, land navigation and reconnaissance.
4. Detailed Requirements:
· Must be on the AFSOC A3O approved sUAS list dated 4Aug2023
· Must be NDAA section 848 compliant
· Must provide in person training for operator training
· Must provide in person training for instructor certification
· Standalone laptop for data transfer and 4k imaging processing – Qty. 1 Each
A. Untethered sUAS - (Quantity 3 Each)
1. Group 1 (0 - 20 pounds) sUAS
2. Must have Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL) capability
3. Must be rain and dust resistant
4. Capable of night flight
5. Capable of digital zoom
6. Multiple objects tracking capability
7. Minimum 4k resolution cameras
8. Equipped with (FLIR) thermal sensor
9. Equipped with Electro-Optical Infra-Red (EO/IR) imaging systems
10. Operable in a minimal of 20 degrees F to 110 degrees F
11. Capable of flight in a minimum of 20 MPH winds
12. TAK compatible
13. Transportable storage case
14. Comes with spare parts for field repair
15. Powered by a lithium battery and has a flight time of at least 30 minutes.
16. Minimum AES 128 wireless encryption
17. Must create 3D models of areas scanned
18. Return to home feature
19. Must have terrain avoidance feature
20. Capable of at least minimal three-mile radio range
21. Backpack carry-able
B. Tethered sUAS - (Optional Quantity 1 Each):
1. Group 1 (0 - 20 pounds) sUAS
2. Must have Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL) capability
3. Must be rain and dust resistant
4. Capable of night flight
5. Capable of digital zoom
6. Multiple objects tracking capability
7. Minimum 4k resolution cameras
8. Equipped with (FLIR) thermal sensor
9. Equipped with Electro-Optical Infra-Red (EO/IR) imaging systems
10. Operable in a minimal of 20 degrees F to 110 degrees F

16. Must be ground based or vehicle mountable
17. Minimum capability of 75ft operating altitude
5. Warranty: All materials shall be warranted to be in compliance with this statement of work and to the highest standards of the industry. Minimum warranty of 1 year.
