About this file
This is a procurement portal instruction document for the City of North Carolina's Traffic Data Collection and Processing Services contract opportunity. The document provides guidance for vendors interested in submitting bids through the Bonfire procurement platform. The City is seeking one or multiple qualified companies to collect and/or process various types of traffic data and upload information to the City's traffic and crash software database on an as-needed, task-order basis. The instruction file outlines the procedural requirements for accessing the procurement portal, completing vendor registration, reviewing solicitation documents, and submitting proposals through the Bonfire system.
The document serves as a technical guide rather than a detailed specification document and does not contain specific pricing terms, award amounts, contract duration, renewal options, or response deadlines. Instead, it focuses on the mechanics of how vendors should navigate and utilize the Bonfire procurement portal to participate in this opportunity. Vendors should refer to the formal solicitation documents and scope of work for detailed information regarding pricing requirements, evaluation criteria, contract terms, and submission deadlines for the Traffic Data Collection and Processing Services contract.
