Scope:
This scope of work (SOW) covers the purchase of Ecology Blocks
Background:
Ecology blocks are commonly used as barriers, erosion control, and foundation support for the US Army Corps of Engineers. These blocks can be placed together permanently or pieced together temporarily which gives the COE flexibility and a multi-use approach when using them to address the COE mission when utilizing these blocks for various projects.
