Renovate Building 320 in (6) Phases as follows:

Phase-I: Roof Replacement Area A

a. Wash bay

b. Steam Cleaning Building (Regular business hours)

Phase-IA:

a. Owner to Temporarily Relocate Paint Line 3 off-site.

b. ACM removal Wash Bay Line 2 and Line 3

c. Perform work at Line 2 and Line 3 Wash Bay Area

Phase-IB:

a. ACM removal Wash Bay Line 1

b. Perform work at Line 1 Wash Bay Area

Phase-II: Roof replacement Area B

a. Regular business hours

b. Non-Duty hours, Replacement will be completed in sections and any equipment shutdowns will be scheduled for weekends.

Phase-III

a. Perform work in the Steam Cleaning Building F. Phase-IV:

a. Perform work at Paint Line 2 and Paint Line 3

b. Perform work at Paint Line 1

c. Perform Exterior Door replacement

d. Site Work modifications, install Emergency Generator

e. Note: Infrared drying are Line 3 to remain in operations during construction

Phase-V Office Area, Breakroom, Locker Rooms, Mech. Room and High Bay Office Area:

a. Owner to relocate office staff and furniture from office areas

b. Owner to relocate breakroom, paint office area to general office area

c. ACM removal, breakroom, locker room, mechanical room, paint office, tool and parts Area.

d. Selective demolition Breakroom, Locker Room Area, Mechanical Room, Paint Office, Tool and Parts Area.

e. Perform work at Breakroom, Locker Room Areas, Mech. Room, Paint Office, and Tool and Parts Room.

f. Move Breakroom, Paint Office, and Tool and Parts Room to their original locations.

g. ACM removal General Office Area

h. Perform work in General Office Area

i. Owner to move General Office Areas to original location.

Phase-VI: Maintenance bays

This project is an exterior envelope renovation and “full-gut” interior renovation broken into (6) phases to prioritize scope of work per LEAD wishes as well as coordinate with parties working in the building. The building will continue to be occupied during construction. The scope of the interior work encompasses nearly all divisions in breadth and work is piecemeal throughout the building.
