All items shall be restored with bituminous pavement to improve hydraulics in these two areas. Bid responses are due on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 3:00 pm through the OpenGov Procurement Portal. A pre-bid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams to discuss project objectives and answer questions, with attendance strongly encouraged.
