This is a Statement of Work for NASA's procurement of Inertial Navigation System navigation data update services. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation will provide NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) with Standard Navigation Data Base Update Information Service (part number 465725-WD) every 28 days via 3.5-inch diskette and CD format. The service is required to support LTN-92 Inertial Navigation Systems installed on two NASA ER-2 aircraft (tail numbers N806NA and N809NA). The contract period runs for one year from 08 April 2026 through 7 April 2027. Northrop Grumman's place of performance is located at 21240 Burbank Boulevard, Woodland Hills, California 91367-6675, with delivery designated to NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center. NSSC maintains offices at Building 1111, Jerry Hlass Road, Stennis Space Center, Mississippi 39529.

STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Objective/Requirements For period of one (1) year, starting on 08 April 2026 and ending on 7 April 2027 NASA ER-2 N806NA and N809NA require Inertial Navigation System, LTN-92, NAVDATA software from Northrop-Grumman that is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the LTN-92

2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs

The contractor shall perform the following duties:

Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (“Seller”) will provide to NASA Shared

Services Center (“NSSC”) every 28 days via 3.5-inch Diskette and CD, the Standard Navigation Data Base Update Information Service (part number 465725-WD) for NASA’s use in its LTN-92 Inertial Navigation Systems (“Systems”) and NSSC shall purchase the right to use such information.

NASA shall be responsible for entering (“uploading”) the Navigation Data Update Information into its LTN-92 Systems.

The Standard Worldwide Navigation Data Update Information 3.5 inch Diskette and Compact Disc, provided by Seller shall only be used to update the LTN-92 Systems installed on NASA’s two (2) ER-2 Aircraft, and shall not be disclosed or otherwise made available by NSSC to any other party or Aircraft

3. Place of Performance Between NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION having offices at 21240 Burbank Blvd., Woodland Hills, California 91367-6675 and NASA SHARED SERVICES CENTER (NSSC) having offices at Building 1111, Jerry Hlass Road, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529 - U.S.A. In this Agreement, Seller and Buyer may sometimes be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties” Delivery to NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center

4. Period of Performance From 08 April 2026 and ending on 7 April 2027
