Questions/Response Posted 6/15/2021
1. Preliminary LSSP JPSS-2 Req. 2622: Please confirm quantity. Are 20 rolls required or 150?
Response:
This is a typo in the Req. 2622. The requirement is to provide one hundred and fifty (150) rolls of silicone-free cleanroom tape and a dispenser (or scissors) in change room for securing of gloves to sleeves of cleanroom suits. Use LSP approved supplier and part number: Ultratape -2149 2"wide 24-vard Length or equivalent.
Original Requirement:

PPF CR
Consumables & Garments
Cleanroom Tape
Provide twenty (150) rolls of silicone-free, cleanroom tape and a dispenser (or scissors) in change room for securing of gloves to sleeves of cleanroom suits.

2. Preliminary LSSP JPSS-2 Req. 4015: Please confirm that the 25’ door width requirement is only for a “side” door. Please verify that exiting through a “front” door (e.g. the same door used for transporter ingress) can be accomplished with a door that can accommodate the hardware width of 19.80’.
Response:
For 4015, “side door” is meant to indicate floor level door that can accommodate the transporter to roll in, collect the encapsulated assembly (EA) and roll out. Whether it is a front, back, or side door doesn’t matter. The user prefers a door width of 25 feet, but requires enough width for the actual hardware size of 19.8’ width to pass.
Original Requirement:
4015
PPF CR ULA
Facility Specs
LV Area B Exit Door
LV Area B requires an exit door for Encapsulated Assembly (EA) exit from the facility.
If the EA departure from the facility is through side door, a door of 25’ wide x 50’ tall minimum is required to accommodate the 4M Extended Payload Fairing on the Kamag transporter (actual hardware dimension of 19.8’ wide and 45’ 5.01” tall).
If the Encapsulated Assembly is hoisted out of the facility the exit door required is 25’ wide x 48’ tall, nominal, to accommodate the actual hardware size of 19.80’ wide x 43’6.1” tall.

LV Area B Exit Door
LV Area B requires an exit door for Encapsulated Assembly (EA) from the facility. If the EA departure from the facility is through a floor level side door, a door of 25' wide x 5O' tall minimum is preferred, but must required to accommodate the 4M Extended Payload Fairing on the Kamag transporter with (actual hardware dimension of 19.8' wide and 45'5.01"tall).
If the Encapsulated Assembly is hoisted out of the facility, the exit door required is preferred to be 25' wide x 48' tall, nominal to but must accommodate the actual hardware size of 19.80' wide x 43'6.1"tall.
