Q: Does our engineering/cabling firm need to be an approved GSA vendor in order to bid this?
A: No, GSA pre-approved vendors are not a requirement, however, design and installation must be in accordance with industry specifications for projects of similar scope and size.

A: A GSA SBU form was E-Mailed to all inquirers earlier today. If that document is completed and FAXed back to the number shown in the E-Mail by COB (1700hrs CST) today 17 June 2009, a CD containing the floor plans for floors 1 through 5 of the worksite will be sent to you in overnight mail. The drawings are in dwg format (Autocad drawing) to allow you better determine distances from scale. Those whom have not responded with the SBU form may obtain copies of the same disk by completing the GSA SBU at the site survey.
Q: Could you forward to me the floor plans?
A: Please see previous response Q: Floor plans - Are there floor plans available to provide a design? If so, what are the requirements and/or procedure for acquiring?
A: Please see previous response Q: Are you available for some of my design engineers to do a site survey tomorrow at 11:00?

Please contact Gil Jones on 817-501-9814 upon arrival. You may opt to proceed directly to room 14A02 upon arrival where you will be met by Mr. Jones. Please try to arrive by 11:30 AM so that escort determination can be made.
Q: Is there still time to schedule a site survey for this site?
A: Please see previous response Q: In section 5.0 period of performance I have some questions, equipment delivery may make the July 1 install date difficult? What are the options?
A: The July 1 date is our current target date. All attempts will be made to ensure that this date is met. At this time there are no options being considered for alternate dates nor are any anticipated.
Q: Project completion date - I see it being listed as July 1, 2009. Is this a firm completion date, or will an extension date be available?
