What is the timing on reflex for the individual samples when positives are found in a pool (1.2g-pg 8)? Or is it the intent that the individual samples from the pool just all get sequenced if a positive is found? Or is at all up for discussion/consultation?

a. CDC Response: Double collection will be done on all pooled samples. However, not all positive pools will undergo reflex testing – that will be decided in consultation with CDC subject matter experts.
