Solicitation Questions and Answers The purpose of this amendment is to provide the answers to questions submitted in response to solicitation number 75D301-20-R-68084. The questions and answers are as follows:

Question #1

From the document it says this, “The Spokane facility will be staffed from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday –Friday. The facility shall be staffed 20 hours per week and is to include: facility operation, participant screening/re-screening, and administrative duties. Minimum of 5 hours of fitness instruction per week.” For clarification, there is 20 hours per week of operations/admin work and then an additional 5 hours of fitness instruction, so 25 total hours per week of work? Or are the 5 hours of fitness instruction included in the 20 hours per week of work? So it is 15 hours of admin/operations and 5 hours of fitness instruction?

Answer

20 hours per week includes the minimum requirement of 5 hours of fitness instruction. There may be some weeks when there may be more than 5 hours of instruction given.
