About this file
This is an Exhibit A specification document for the Franklin County WIC program in Ohio outlining exterior signage requirements at two Columbus locations. The project involves creating signage for two separate sites: 5957 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, OH 43231, which requires a street sign measuring approximately 6 feet wide by 5 feet tall to be inserted into an existing sign holder, and 1681 Holt Rd, Columbus, OH 43228, which requires removal of the existing sign holder and installation of a new custom sign. The Holt Rd location is situated in a small shopping center where the property owner desires consistent signage across all businesses. Prospective bidders are required to visit both locations and conduct independent measurements to ensure bid accuracy. The bid period is limited to 5 business days. Interested parties should contact Erin Stoops at EEStoops@columbus.gov, office phone 614-645-6668, or cell phone 614-506-0183 to schedule site visits.
No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, or other financial details are specified in this specification document. The document serves solely to establish the technical requirements and site specifications for bidders to develop accurate proposals based on firsthand site assessment.

The sign needed for the Cleveland Ave location is a street sign that measures approximately 6 ft wide and 5 ft tall. It will be an insert in an existing sign holder.
The sign for the Holt Rd location will need the existing sign holder removed and a new sign will need to be created and hung. This building is in a small shopping center, and the owner would like similar signage on all businesses.
Anyone who has a bid will need to visit both locations and take their own measurements to ensure the bid is accurate. They can reach out to Erin Stoops by email or phone to do so. The bid will be open for 5 business days only.
