About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for scheduled dockside repairs to a United States Coast Guard Cutter. The amendment provides responses to contractor questions about work items specified in the original solicitation. Repairs include cleaning and replacing heat exchangers, boilers, pumps, a davit, doors and flex couplings. The responses clarify that equipment must be disassembled for cleaning, temporary cooling may be required, replacement items will be delivered to the cutter, and fasteners and gaskets are included with flex couplings. The amendment leaves all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation unchanged.
