1 General Is there an incumbent currently performing the work under this contract? If so, could you please provide the name of the incumbent contractor?

This is a new requirement. There is not an incumbent contractor.

2 General What is the contract number associated with this work? This is a new requirement. No previous contract number exists.

3 General What is the total value of the current contract? This is a new requirement. There is not a value of a current contract.

4 PWS

In reviewing the solicitation documents, we identified there are containers listed in section 11 of the PWS that are hazardous waste but understand this to be a non‐regulated and universal waste transportation and disposal request, can USCG confirm hazardous waste items are to be included in this solicitation. We identified the following containers, though not inclusive, as hazardous waste.

23,772 Mercuric nitrate solution, EPA waste code D001, D009 23,776 Chromium Acetate Hydroxide, EPA waste code D007 23,487 Sterilex Liquid Solution w/ Hydrogen Peroxide, EPA waste code D001

Additionally, a duplicate container ID was identified in the subject solicitation that is currently in the hazardous waste transportation and disposal contract awarded last month (70Z04524PKODI0052), Container ID:

23,770 Ethyl Diglyme. Container IDs should be unique to each container and want to verify whether Container ID 23,770 should be included in the subject solicitation for universal and non‐regulated waste transportation and disposal if it is currently listed in an awarded contract for disposal.

The 3 referenced containers were to be removed and not part of the shipment. Additionally, the duplicate container should not be part of the requirement. The PWS will be updated to reflect this information.

5 PWS

Container: H‐14* Oil‐Coolant Contaminated Bilge Water ISO 5000 Gal. Is this container on a chassis? This container appears to be an equipment rental. Where does this container need to be returned to and is the contractor responsible financially for its retune voyage?

Yes, the container is on a chassis. It is equipment with Samson Tug and Barge.

And yes, the coordination of container return will be up to the contractor.

Additional questions received that may impact pricing.
