Also, as units are used, replace all items necessary to bring the unit back to operational condition with new pads, etc.
Yes, an onsite inspection is needed to determine the condition of durable goods (batteries/pads/etc.) for replacement
2. If there are to be physical inspections, what are the addresses for the AEDs?
All Four (4) addresses will be provided at time of award.
3. Does Homeland Security currently have evacuation chairs that can be used for the stairwell evacuation training?
Evacuation chairs are onsite at many locations, but the trainer should provide evacuation chairs for training
4 The bid on the bottom of page 2 request mock drills, The training request details did not mention the mock drill, nor was there a place to put a fee for the mock drill training if it is not done in conjunction with the CPR - FA - AED - Stairwell training.

Is the mock drill something Homeland requires?
What’s the current operational condition of the 251 AEDs, battery shelf life and medical supplies?
Units installed on/about July 2019. Lithium batteries (two per unit as one is a backup) generally last 4-years. The electrode pads (two pads per unit as one is a backup) generally expire in 2-years
6 Any malfunctioning AEDs? No
7 For the training classes, the SOW is requesting 4 different class options, but there is only have one line item in the price sheet for these training sessions. Each option would have different pricing. Is it OK to add additional line items on the price sheet for the other class options?
See Price Schedule page. First aid training includes stairwell evacuation chair training.
See change made within the vertical bar on the right-hand side of RFQ SOW Page 3 Rev.
