1 2.1 OPSEC

Training Requirements

Contractors and Subcontractors who are working on this contract shall receive an OPSEC Awareness Brief.

5 5.3 Access/Egress Control

6 5.6 Roving Patrols

Contractor shall confirm on the daily journals that required work was performed for each shift daily

7 5.7 Traffic Control

Contractor CSGs will direct traffic (vehicular and pedestrian), control parking, and observe the environment for suspicious vehicles or persons. CSGs may operate traffic control points and identify, delay, and detain all suspicious vehicles and personnel as necessary to maintain a level of security sufficient to ensure the safety and protection of all personnel, property, and resources within the facility.

8 6.1.1.2 The contractor shall provide all equipment necessary for the full performance of the PWS.

Contractor shall have all equipment including body armor in place at the start of contract. All items are detailed in paragraph 6.4 - 6.8 of the PWS.

9 9.5 Contractor's Personnel Filing System.

Contractor shall maintain documentation of training.

Contractor shall comply with the requirement for Contractor's Personnel Filing System with all records identified in the PWS, immediately accessible upon the Government's request.

COR/ACOR will review records and deficiencies shall be noted.

Contractor shall be notified once during each month. If Contractor continues this trend, the Contractor shall be deducted 1% from their monthly invoice, if the Contractor fails to meet the standard for maintain training records.

Contractor shall submit monthly invoices.

Contractor invoices shall be submitted by the time limit required in the PWS.

Contractual remedies will be the first step in correcting the deficiency. Trends of less than acceptable invoice submission could result in non-payment until invoice is submitted correctly.
