Systems must be FBI Appendix F-certified and comply with current fingerprint transmission standards, including Wisconsin EFTS record format and CJIS security specifications. The initial contract term is one year from award date with four optional one-year renewal periods, automatically renewing unless 90 days' notice is provided by either party. Pricing must remain firm for the first year, with price increases considered after the first year with 60 days' advance notice. The contract includes equipment setup, staff training, and requires a standard one-year warranty. Awards will be made to the three lowest responsive bidders meeting all specifications, with certified Minority Business Enterprises and Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses eligible for up to 5% bid preference.
