About this file
This is a Scope of Work document for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Denton County Maintenance Section regarding repair and replacement of concrete barriers on IH0035 and various roadways within the jurisdiction. The project is non-site specific, meaning work will be performed across multiple locations as directed through work orders. The contractor must establish and maintain a dedicated email address for receiving work orders and correspondence throughout the contract term, with acknowledgment of emailed work orders required within 12 hours of notification. The contract requires the contractor to provide and maintain concrete barrier repair and replacement services on an as-needed basis, responding to work orders issued by TxDOT personnel.
The document establishes operational requirements and communication protocols for the contractor but does not specify pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, or funding amounts within the provided file excerpt. The contractor's primary obligations center on responsiveness to work orders, maintenance of communication channels, and timely acknowledgment of assignments. Additional details regarding compensation structure, contract term length, performance metrics, and project-specific technical requirements would be contained in supplementary contract documents or bid specifications not included in this summary document.

◼ final evaluation, upon project closeout.
In case of a takeover agreement, neither the Surety nor its performing Contractor will be evaluated.
In addition to regularly scheduled evaluations, the Engineer may schedule an interim evaluation at any time to formally communicate issues with quality, safety, or timeliness. Upon request, work with the Engineer to develop a PRP to document expectations for correcting deficiencies.
