About this file

This document is an Amendment to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Poly Jet 3D Printer, Solicitation Number 47QSWC24Q0126. The RFQ is for a brand-name Stratasys J850 multi-material printer to be acquired by the United States Marine Corps Logistic Command Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC). The amendment addresses contractor questions, including clarification that the on-site installation and training is for a total of 5 days, not 5 years as stated in the pricing sheet, and that contractors are not required to complete the Sole Source Justification form. The RFQ is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 for Commercial Products and Services, with full and open competition for the brand-name Stratasys printer and accessories.
