Question: The Miller 907193 does not meet EPA Tier 4 Emissions and therefore cannot be sold in the US. I understand these machines are going to Jordan, however Miller requires a letter on official letterhead stating that fact before they will allow me to sell you the machines, is that possible?
Response: A letter is not required per the receiving country.
Question: With the shipping terms, FOB Destination CONUS- is the vendor responsible for shipping to an assigned location CONUS, or could the FOB destination be the manufacturers dock?
Response: The vendor must follow the 1611 process with the vendor paying shipping to get it to the CONUS address provided by GSA transportation. The clients TAC code will be used to cover the cost of shipment to the final destination.
