About this file
This document is a Combined Certifications form for contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, issued by the City's Finance and Procurement Department. The form serves as a mandatory certification requirement for vendors seeking to contract with the city, establishing compliance with specific Arkansas state laws based on contract value thresholds. Contractors must certify they do not boycott Israel for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, do not knowingly employ illegal immigrants for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, and do not boycott Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater.
The certification form references specific Arkansas Code provisions including § 25-1-503 for Israel boycott restrictions, § 19-11-105 for illegal immigrant employment restrictions, and § 25-1-1102 for energy and related industry boycott restrictions. Contractors must check boxes confirming compliance with all applicable restrictions based on their contract value and provide their signature, date, company name, and vendor number if assigned. The form establishes ongoing obligations, requiring contractors to notify the city if their boycott status changes after signing and to maintain compliance for the entire contract term.
