About this file

This document is a Non-Collusion Affidavit for a bid submission in Lubbock County, Texas. The affidavit requires the bidder to swear that their submitted bid is genuine, not collusive, and not made on behalf of any undisclosed party. The bidder must affirm they have not induced or solicited other firms to submit sham bids or refrain from submitting qualifications, and have not sought to gain an unfair advantage over other firms through collusion.

The form is a standard legal document that must be completed, signed, and notarized by the bidding firm's representative. It requires the firm's name, the individual's name and signature, their title, and must be sworn before a notary public. The note at the bottom emphasizes that this form is mandatory and must be included with the bid submission.
