Synopsis This is a solicitation to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price type contract to provide a Management, Team Building and Leadership Training workshop in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Contractors shall provide a proposal to design and implement team-building, management, and leadership training activities for the USAID Mission in Colombo which will involve approximately fifty staff members in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value considering price and other factors. Both technical and price proposals shall be submitted via e-mail only.
The proposal shall describe the approach for implementing the proposed activity, highlight the experience of the proposed consultant and provide a detailed budget inclusive of labor, travel, other direct costs and fee.
Proposals shall be sent via e-mail no later than 4.00pm (local time) on August 17, 2009 to Mr. Saliya Navaratne, Acquisitions Specialist at snavaratne@usaid.gov with a copy to Michael Sampson, Executive Officer at msampson@usaid.gov. No telephone requests will be honored and all questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail no later 4.00pm (Local Time) on August 3, 2009 to Mr. Saliya Navaratne and also copy Mr. Michael Sampson. A consolidated question and answer (Q&A) will be posted on website http://www.fbo.gov on or around August 6, 2009.
