Replace section A.4.10 C ii with the following:

Contractors will safely transport all headstones to area designated by COR. Contractors will do a physical count and visual check for damage and to ensure that each item noted on Appendix B (Attachment E) is accounted for (the delivery driver will be notified of any missing items and Appendix B marked appropriately). Contractors will perform a visual inspection of the shipment and any packing materials will be made to note any obvious damage to any item. Any headstone with obvious damage due to transportation, Cemetery staff must be notified immediately. If rejected by Cemetery Staff, Contractor will reload damaged markers back on the delivery truck.
