About this file
This Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center Austin seeks market research input for an upcoming solicitation requiring a subscription to various clinical electronic journal titles. Interested vendors should respond with their capabilities, qualifications, and past performance examples on projects within scope by October 26, 2020. The VA intends to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed unit prices for certain functional areas to allow for streamlined ordering of subscription access to the journal titles listed in the attached draft Statement of Work, including Brain Injury, Disability and Rehabilitation, Ergonomics, and others. The contract would have a one year base period from December 15, 2020 to December 30, 2021 to ensure journal access is activated by publishers in advance. Responses should address the draft PWS and IDIQ structure and technical information to include with the solicitation.
