About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation 36C26225Q0527, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs NCO 22 in Phoenix, AZ, which provides responses to questions about preventive maintenance services for SPS case carts. The amendment clarifies that no licenses or certifications are required to perform maintenance on the surgical case carts - only general knowledge is needed. It confirms site visits can be arranged with Sterile Processing Service and specifies the make/models of carts: Pedigo Revolution Closed Surgical Case Cart with double door (Model RCC-245, 46.25"W x 27.5"D x 59"H), while noting Blickman (Model CCC2-17) and Metro (Model CASE24-L6S-P) carts are not in use. The carts operate manually with no power source required.

The amendment states that all offers must submit documentation under Section E and acknowledge all amendments to be considered acceptable for evaluation. Questions are due by March 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM MST, and offers must be submitted by March 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM MST via email to Contract Specialist Felicia Simpson. One signed copy of the amendment must be returned to the issuing office.
