About this file

This document is an amendment to Solicitation 36C26125Q0100 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs for document shredding services in Guam. The purpose of the amendment is to respond to questions received from vendors.

The solicitation is for shredding services at two locations in Guam - the VA Medical Center Guam Community Based Outpatient Clinic and the Guam Vet Center. The contractor is required to provide 3 lockable bins, replace them with empty bins after servicing, and perform monthly pickups with an estimated 170 lbs of paper to be shredded per month. On-site shredding is not required, and secure transport for off-site destruction is acceptable. The contract will be for a base period plus four one-year option periods. Additional details are provided in the Q&A section, including clarification on existing containers, site access requirements, and the submission process for invoices.
