Question Page Section No./Name Item/Name

1. 5 Scope of Work Quality Assurance Specialist

(QAS)

Does the contracting Company need to be QAS qualified or just the contractor employee we propose to fill this position?

SOW updated.

2. 43 Submission Instructions item c.(7)

Past Performance SOW states 3-5 past performances be submitted. If you only have 2 past performances, should we also submit 1 past experience (experience we have prior to contracting)?

ANSWER: Should read “up to 5 past performances can be submitted.” So if you only have 2 that is fine.
