About this file
This request for quotation (RFQ) solicits patient lift and scale preventative maintenance and load testing services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System. The base period of performance is from March 1, 2021 through February 28, 2022, with four optional one-year extensions. The RFQ is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The solicitation includes a statement of work, past performance questionnaire, and self-performance worksheet requiring identification of subcontracted tasks. Quotes are due by February 19, 2021. Award will be made to the offer representing the best value based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
