18. Question: If GSS submits this bid as a VOSB and you have SDVOSB that bid as well, but they don’t meet the criteria; are you able to award it to GSS as it being a set-aside to SDVOSB?

Answer: This is a 100% SDVOSB set aside procurement

19. Question: Is there, or has there been a contract or BPA issued in the past similar to this? If so please provide historic information.

Answer: No, this is not a follow on WSNC procurement.

20. Question: I am emailing about the solicitation number referenced above. I am requesting to see if you could open this opportunity up so we can participate and provide you a quote as a VOSB. After reviewing the list; GSS has majority of these items on GSA contract and we are the authorized distributor for Leica, Sakura, Erie and Thermo Fisher. Many SDVOSB companies are coming to GSS for a quote, and it would behoove the VA if we could provide a quote direct.

Answer: The procurement is set aside 100% for SDVOSB.

21. Question: Can you provide any historical quantity usage data or projected usage data? I noticed the estimated volume tab on Attachment A has annual expenditures which I am assuming is based off an estimate of each items usage. It would help us with planning with supplies to know what the usage would be to have a good supply chain set up.

Answer: See attached revised Attachment A.

See attached document: Attachment A - Revised Pricing List.
