About this file
This document is an Amendment to a Previous Combined Solicitation for Patient Monitors issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office. The solicitation (RFQ #36C25925Q0682) seeks to procure 18 patient monitors for the George E. Wahlen VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, with specific configuration requirements: 16 general care room monitors and 2 trauma room monitors, each requiring 5 waveforms and a minimum 19" diagonal screen. Key technical specifications include HL7 data export of physiological monitoring data, emergency care and advanced critical care software bundles, and potential integration of spirometry and gas exchange modules, primarily using GE equipment.
The solicitation is 100% unrestricted under NAICS code 339112 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The response deadline has been extended to 08/25/2025 at 14:00 Mountain Time, with quotes to be submitted via email to Noaa.Lanotte@va.gov. The VA anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract, and the solicitation includes detailed questions and answers covering staffing levels (8 nurses/3 techs/5 providers on day shift; 3 nurses/1 tech/1 provider on night shift), training requirements, and specific monitoring capabilities. The government reserves the right to make no award or award solely on initial quotes received.
