X The purpose of this amendment is to do the following:
1. Post answers to contractor-submitted questions. No additional questions will be accepted.

Contractor Questions and Answers.
1. Do the TWO cameras per room need to be the Cisco cameras or could a Vaddio PTZ camera be substituted? The CTS-SX80-IP60-K9, Cisco TelePresence System includes a P60 camera and Cisco does not have a P40 camera any more.
Answer: The Cameras must be Cisco and with the P40 being End of Life from Cisco, the additional rear camera can also be a P60 camera.
2. One or two of the cameras will need “extensions” for the video signal path, do we include this item within our proposal?
Answer: Yes, the extensions will need to be added to any proposals.
3. Will the existing racks within the credenza and the equipment within them be removed by the VA or is the integrator expected to remove the rack and equipment?
Answer: All equipment and existing racks will be removed by VA staff. NOTE: Associated cable in the ceilings and or walls will need to be removed by the vendor.
4. Can any of the existing rack equipment be reused? Such as the power conditioner or is the integrator to provide a new power conditioner?
Answer: The power conditioners can be reused.
5. Please confirm that the touch panels will be placed on the table and a table top kit should be added for two or four of the rooms.
Answer: All touch panels will be installed on the wall above the credenza.
6. What is the location of the GFE PC within the rooms? To utilize the touch capability of the Sharp display, it will require USB extensions for the PC’s.
Answer: The PC will be located in the A/V rack in all three rooms, so a USB extension will be required.
7. Are there any materials in the walls that could possibly pose a health problem?
Answer: No, all materials in the walls are free of any materials that could potentially cause health risks.
