Q&A RESPONSES:
1. 1449, Block 20. The POP is listed as starting 7/1/23. Since the bid does not close until 6/20/23, and the evaluation will presumably take at least several days, will the actual start date for the work take this tight time frame into consideration? This date is flexible for the start date of 7/1/2023, yes the actual start date will be taken into consideration.
2. P. 18, VIII. Education/Training. Could you please be very explicit about the MS license and certifications that are needed? A MS license is not required. Certifications of training for UST and AST tanks. ANSI/API Standard 2015, “Requirements for Safe Entry and Cleaning of Petroleum Tanks”, ANSI/API Recommended Practice 2016, “Guidelines and Procedures for Entering and Cleaning Petroleum Storage Tanks” and API Publication “Safe Operation of Vacuum Trucks in Petroleum Service”.
3. Are each of the tanks easily accessible with parking for our trucks proximate to the tanks? Each tank is accessible with parking. Size of trucks may require the facility to block off parking adjacent to the tanks.
