Questions 1: Can the Government please confirm that, IAW PWS paragraph 6.8.7 (and subordinate paragraphs) that the contractor is responsible for providing the computer systems?
If we are, what are the minimum systems requirements for the systems and how will the Government certify the systems to operate on Government networks?
Answer: According to the Kansas City Veterans Administration Medical Center OIT office, there are no minimum system requirements to access the Citrix Access Gateway desktop (CAG).
Computers must be compatible with Microsoft TEAMS and/or Webex. However, the CAG running speed is slower on a Chromebook, therefore it is not recommended to this computer.

Answer: No, this is a new requirement.
Questions 3: I have a question. I notice on the Price/Cost that there is no follow-up to be bid
on. Is this correct that the contractor is not going to do follow-up or does it need to be added?
Answer: Yes there will be follow up completed on all work that is done.
Question 4: Is this an IDIQ contract?
Answer: On page 6 In accordance with FAR 16.504 (a)(4) Indefinite-Quantity Contracts: The period of the contract is a base 1-year plus four (4) 1-year options. Also refer to page 103 Section C.8 FAR part 52.216-22.
