?.## STATEMENT OF WORK

Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Treatment Sessions (Columbia, MO)

Purpose/Scope:

This solicitation is to purchase TMS treatment sessions.

TMS is an FDA approved treatment for Major Depressive Disorder and is listed as a second line treatment in the American Psychiatric Association (APA) Guidelines. It is non-invasive and requires no anesthesia or sedation. TMS allows the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital to service a portion of the patient population that has, up to this point, had minimal or no success to alleviate their depression with current pharmaceutical drug treatment regimens available at our VAMC.

By purchasing TMS treatment sessions and partnering with Neuronetics our patients will receive the therapeutic benefits and help patients to regain control over their anxieties and subjugate their major depression.

In addition to the TMS Therapy System, operationally there is the need for TMS Treatment Session electronic links

•Part Number CSM 500 or 81-75000-000
•Quantity 1,170

Each single electronic treatment session allows for the delivery of prescribed protocol, one session per patient treatment. Patients participating in this TMS therapy, per protocol, will be given 30 treatment sessions conducted in five-day sequential blocks, typically with weekend days serving as non-treatment days. 6 treatments are then tapered over a three-week period in a gradually decreasing schedule of treatment sessions each week.
