Questions and answers received in response to the solicitation are provided on page 2.

* Are there photos or as-built drawings available to interested bidders to review? Alternatively, will there be the opportunity for a site visit?
A: There will be an opportunity for a site visit. More details on available times will be posted via amendment.
* What is the make and model of the RO unit?
A: FMV-1S, serial number 15620, manufactured/assembled by RO Systems International.
* What are the make and models of the Conductivity, pH and Turbidity Sensors/Probes? What controller(s) are being used?
A: Sensors and digital readout/controllers were provided by the RO system manufacturer (RO systems international) Turbidity sensor is made by pyxis (ST-731), Conductivity & pH sensors should be validated upon site visit or via the manufacturer.
* What filter is currently used on the atmospheric Holding tank?
A: Harmsco all-poly filter, 0.2 micron, PP-10-0.2-DOE (6”x9”x13”).
* What is the system pre-filter make and model and what filter is currently being used? What is the frequency of the filter being changed currently?
A: Pre-filter information can found via the equipment manufacture. Prefilter was included with the RO unit, and the RO unit is a preassembled skid mounted packaged unit.
* Are the (3) RO membranes currently installed the OEM membranes for the make and model of RO or have they been replaced with alternate membranes by the current service provider? If replaced, what membrane make and model is currently installed?
A: Yes, there are 3 RO membranes currently installed on the unit (OEM provided), but I’m certain RO systems international does manufacture the filter and/or housing. Validate upon site visit or via the manufacturer.
* Is there an Endotoxin filter or UV installed in the water treatment system? If so, what make/model?
A: No
* Is the system provided soft water prior to the pre-treatment and RO unit?
A: Yes
* Is the system on a recirculation loop?
A: Yes
