3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Services shall be provided off-site at the Offeror’s Facility.

4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: One (1) base year with one (1) – one (1) year option period.

5. The task order will be obligated with a Not to Exceed (NTE) amount and the Contractor shall not exceed estimated quantities or dollar threshold without the expressed or written consent of the Contracting Officer. This includes option under FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, which applies to this solicitation. Evaluation of the option under FAR 52.217-8 will be accomplished by using the prices offered for the last option period to determine the price for a six (6) month option period, which will be added to the base and other option years to arrive at the total price.
