CONTINUATION PAGE

Correction - What is the current amount you are paying per month for these services? Monthly $4,331.67, and Annually $51,980.00 Correction - The Current Annual cost includes all Garages.

Would you be able to tell me the approximate distance between each of the three (3) parking garages? From the independence Garage to the Freedom garage is about 30 to 40 feet. From the Freedom garage to the Liberty is about 250-300 feet. The 3-yard dumpster that is used for the refuse from the 3 garages is in the Glory lot adjacent to the Independence Garage, 20 to 25 feet.

What are the hours for this service to be done? As stated this is a firm fixed price. If you are submitting a quote, your price should be based on the hours you determined to complete the work. However, you need to keep in mind the recommended time would be after duty hours. Usually the parking lot is swept on the weekends when less cars are parked in the garages, and coordinated with Police Services. But the trash emptying, bathroom cleaning, stairwell cleaning, ETC…. can be done pretty much anytime the contractors chooses.

How many people are scheduled to work per day to do this service? The VAMC does not dictate the number of employees to complete the services, that is the contractor’s responsibility.

What hours and how many hours are allowed on the weekend? The VAMC does not dictate the hours or days to complete the services again it is the contractor’s responsibility.

Can you confirm that “cleaning” the parking garage floors is best described by one of the definitions above? Otherwise my best interpretation is sweeping, dusting, and removing all debris. Cleaning each level of all 3 garages to where they are clean, free of dirt/debris and staining. As long as the contractor does this, then it is up to the contractor to use whichever method that will work. If a sweeping/ power blowing is all that is needed, then great. If there are areas that are stained and need a detergent/ power washing; the contractor can utilize any methods to clean the stain. So as the letter of the contract as defined in the SOW is followed.

Is there a water supply we can tap into for our power washers/scrubbers or must we provide our own water? Water supply available
