Vendor Questions/Concerns for:

Steris Harmony Surgical Lights / 36C24724Q0219 / Columbia, SC VA Medical Center

No information will be provided about the past or current contract.

1. Would you be willing to accept equal responses? In VISN 7 alone, our partner, Skytron has their products in the Birmingham VA, Atlanta, and Montgomery.

We currently have Steris but will accept other vendors that are compatible.

2. Is this for brand name only or are you open to a brand name equivalent?

Steris or equivalent

3. I could not find the Statement of Work (SOW)? Is the Statement of Work is already included or are there just Salient Characteristics.

No SOW only Salient Characteristics are included.

5. To my understanding are these items for delivery only or is installation involved as well?

Delivery and Installation of item/equipment is required.

6. How soon will you need these items delivered/installed?

The current equipment is at end of life, the new equipment is required within 30 days of award.

7. Can we respond to this solicitation with an 'equal to' manufacturer as Steris?

We currently have Steris but will accept other vendors that are compatible.

8. Is there an account number for Department of Veterans Affairs Columbia VA

Medical Center?

No account number is required for this procurement.

Procurement will be awarded to vendor whose bid is the Lowest Priced

Technically Acceptable bid.
