Text version

1. Myrtle Beach location : Is the contractor able to moving items into the building the same day they start picking up on the 8th April? Or will they have to pick up everything on the 8th and deliver on the 9th? We can move some items the night of the 8th, but some have to wait until the morning of the 9th. Eye needs to be moved first as they have a lot of items to install and calibrate that HTM staff will need to work on first thing 4/9. Police have to check out their guns each morning and then check them back in, so they can’t move until the 9th. We will work out a schedule. But yes they can take stuff to the new clinic and not leave items in the truck.

2. Charleston Location: Is the contractor able to move items into the building the same day they start picking up on June 3rd? Yes

3. Charleston/Myrtle Locations: Since Trident is mostly boxes can we get a ruff estimate of how many there are? This question will also pertain to myrtle Beach location as well. I’m not talking about the extra boxes that you are requesting, this is for the items that are already in boxes that need to be moved. Primarily the boxes we have requested is what we will be moving, there may be some boxes of xerox paper and misc. items but it should all be in the packing boxes

4. Is it possible that items that are being moved be labeled to make it more efficient for the movers to come in and just move it All staff are instructed to put the room number the box is going to on the side of the box so it can be seen while on a dolly. Staff have been told all unmarked boxes will go into one large conference room and they will have to find their boxes there

5. Is it possible to group items together in one location. For example in the Dental area if all the equipment needing to be moved would be stored in one area to make it an easy transition Staff will be seeing patients and under normal operation until 4pm on the day of the move, so the movers will need to go to each room to pick up items and deliver them to the appropriate room at the new building

6. What items will the contractor have to hang back on the walls in the new buildings. We will have our staff on site to remove items from the walls and reinstall at the new site

7. All locations have elevators and there are loading docks
