Site Visit

A site visit is scheduled for 07/10/2019 at 4:00-5:00PM EST. Potential offerors are encouraged to bring a ladder in order to inspect the space above the ceiling where the VAV’s are housed.

This will be the ONLY site visit for this requirement.

*Contact Contract Specialist Samuel Smith at Samuel.smith8@va.gov if your company intends to show up for the site visit. Failure to communicate with CS prior to your arrival could result in your company not seeing the project site.

Please ensure RFQ# 36C24719Q0701 along with title is in email Subject line.

Meeting location: The lobby of the main entrance to the hospital across from the coffee shop and we will proceed to the Engineering conference room G206.

Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
