About this file

This notice announces the Department of Veterans Affairs' intent to award a sole source contract. The contract seeks to purchase a Carl Zeiss Forum Eye Clinic Software upgrade from Corps Biologics LLC for use in the ophthalmology clinic services at the NY Harbor VA Healthcare System's Manhattan campus. Interested parties may submit expressions of interest by 1300 hours on May 13th, 2021 identifying their capability to provide comparable products. 1) Scope of Work Purchase of Zeiss Forum Software which will provide seamless integration between OCT devices.
