CONTINUATION PAGE

Q1. The training discussed on page 64, A001, could you tell me how much time to factor for each employee? 1 day -2 days?

A1. Training should last about 1.5 hours.

Q2. Post award, will the successful contractor be given cad- back grounds for shop drawings?

A2. Yes Q3. Please confirm, are we to relocate the existing Axis cameras shown in the photo’s handwritten schedule of first floor?

A3. The successful contractor will decide upon their design of the security camera system if any existing cameras need to be moved. Based on prior inspections, it was suggested some cameras could be moved to improve overall camera coverage.

Q4. Where new conduit is required, will surface mounted wire mold be accepted?

A4. No. Conduit must be run.

Q5. Please confirm that the new cameras will be manufactured by Avigilon, not Axis?

A5. Quoters should propose a camera system that will meet all of the specifications as described in the original Request for Quote and all subsequent amendments. The government emphasizes the PACS and camera system must be integrated to work on one platform.
